Privacy policy

Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical log data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, browser/device information and server status in order to provide the service securely and reliably.

Contact, location, partner and Founding Guest submissions are processed to handle the relevant enquiry. Form content is validated server-side and delivered as plain text through an internal SMTP relay to a server-configured Kaiser mailbox. SMTP credentials and the internal recipient are never exposed to the browser.

A short-lived HTTP-only browser identifier and hashed technical identifiers may be used for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Requests are retained only as long as needed for the enquiry, a potential business relationship, legal obligations or legal claims.

The current application code does not integrate marketing analytics, advertising or profiling trackers. This policy will be updated before any such service is activated.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Deletion is not absolute where lawful retention is required, for example for legal obligations or legal claims. Requests can be sent to the contact address above.
