Kaiser Glamping is looking for its first Swiss pilot municipality.
We are evaluating locations for the first Kaiser Glamping destination in Switzerland. We are looking for municipalities, tourism regions and landowners interested in developing a premium, nature-led hospitality site with us.
A selection process, not a land-buying campaign
The focus is deliberately not on an immediate land purchase. What matters is whether location, municipality and Kaiser can build a durable partnership.
What Kaiser is looking for
Nature or panoramic setting
Ideally approx. 10,000–40,000 m²
Existing or realistically developable access
Power, water and wastewater or feasible alternatives
Tourism use broadly conceivable
Space for around 10–30 units
Long-term partnership
Potential benefits for a municipality
Year-round tourism and additional overnight stays
Regional value for hospitality, activities and producers
Jobs and local service contracts
Potential re-use of suitable existing infrastructure
